About Cole Goldberg

Cole Goldberg speaking on the Locked In with Ian Bick podcast

Cole Goldberg is an advocate for due process, fair trials and the presumption of innocence. He speaks and writes about trial by media: what happens when public opinion reaches a verdict long before a courtroom does.

In 2022, Cole was accused in a case that drew national headlines. The coverage moved in hours. The legal process took years. In March 2026, after a bench trial, a judge found him not guilty on all counts.

Cole doesn't use his platform to relitigate his case. It is simply what showed him, from the inside, how easily a headline can stand in for evidence, and how hard it is for anyone to get a fair hearing once public opinion has decided.

Since his acquittal, he has been featured on Fox News, NewsNation, Court TV, NBC, CBS and ABC affiliates, and podcasts including Locked In with Ian Bick. He is represented for speaking by All American Speakers and is preparing to attend law school.
